Enjoy making space in your body and mind with a relaxing yoga class suitable for all levels of experience.
We begin with some mindful attention to the breath, followed by a flow style yoga to move the body through its full range of movement and ending with a 10 minute guided relaxation.
Costs are £5 for one hour session.
Sessions are Monday 8pm til 9pm.
