Sefton Mental Health Services (Children and Young People)
Sefton Mental Health Support Team is based in schools primarily to offer low level evidence based interventions to children and young people who are identified by their school’s Mental Health Lead as needing support.

The MHST operates 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. If you need to speak to someone urgently about your mental health you could contact:
