Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM)
CALM is a campaign targeted at young men at the start of depression. The campaign aims to raise awareness of depression and encourage young men to seek help.
CALM operates a free-phone helpline. Callers to the helpline receive free confidential, non-judgemental counselling from sensitive and highly trained professional advisers.
Callers can talk through any issue, we’ll listen and offer information and signposting. Calls are anonymous and confidential and calls/texts won’t show up on your phone bill.
