24 Hour Home Care

AllCare offers a flexible service, ranging from half-hour visits to 24-hour live in care, providing support for people who wish to remain in their own homes.

Our Service begins with a free assessment and consultation, so that together we can agree a care plan that suits your needs.

Our domiciliary service operates between 7am and 11pm seven days a week, with office hours between 7am and 8pm Monday to Sunday. In the event of an emergency, we operate an out-of-hours service.

Enablement Services

AllCare provides support following a stay in hospital, helping you with personal care or domestic tasks while you convalesce at home.

AllCare’s carers can also provide:

• Companionship – someone to talk to and help ease the long hours of convalescence.
• Escorting – someone to accompany you to GP or hospital appointments, for example.

Respite Services

AllCare offers a respite service, giving you the break you need to look after yourself for a while.

• We can provide personal care and domestic help as well as overnight support.
• Respite services can be provided from 1 hour per week to 24 hours per day.

Palliative and End of Life Care

We provide a quality palliative care service which is available from the comfort of your home or at an assisted living facility.  AllCare provide a scheduled care service from 07.00 – 23.00 and provide 24-hour telephone support in case of emergency.

We provide palliative care for clients who have chronic or complex medical conditions and, also to clients who are in need of assistance with symptom & pain management.

Our service is tailored to your specific requirements and we can discuss this with you at home prior to your treatment or before you are discharged from hospital.

Dementia Care

At Allcare all our staff are fully trained to deliver Dementia Support to individuals in the most effective and dignified manner.

Allcare will enable your family member or friend to remain safe within their home.  They will enjoy nutritious meals and be encouraged with healthy eating.   In addition, Allcare staff will provide stimulating activities, build self-esteem and physical strength.
