Going from children’s services, or into a new service in general as an adult can be daunting and anxiety provoking, which we at HSS understand. We provide adult supported living services, no matter what the support required entails, and ensure a full period of transition period is offered.

Whether one of our Young people are going into our step-down service, or a new adult is looking for supported living accommodation, we can offer a variety of properties in the Southport area to suit their needs, from flats to two bedroomed houses, and a staff team trained in areas such as Autism awareness, mental health, self-harm awareness and learning difficulties.
