Podiatry Services Southport & Formby
How to access the service?
Patients can be referred to us by your GP, a health professional or you can make a self referral.
Once we receive your referral form, we will contact you to arrange an initial assessment appointment with a specialist podiatrist.
Depending on your assessment, you may be offered a package of treatment. We will write back to your GP to inform them of the outcome of your assessment and any ongoing care.

- Vascular and neurological foot assessment
- Biomechanical and gait assessment
- Specialist orthotics (insoles)
- Rheumatology
- Painful nail problems
- Corrective nail surgery
- Corn and callus reduction
- Foot health education
- Advice for self care.
