Aiming High - Phoenix Social Group
This session provides opportunities for disabled young people/young adults with Autistic Spectrum Conditions aged 11 - 19 to socialise, increase independence and to influence the services available to them whilst in a safe and encouraging environment.
All young people must be referred to the Aiming High Team in order to access this session.
