Family Fit
Family Fit is a session that enables families to interact together whilst taking part in a fun gentle exercise class.
The sessions aims to increase health and fitness within the family dynamic, improve health and well-being and provide families the opportunity to interact with their children in a fun and safe environment, strengthening family bonds whilst creating memories.
Every Tuesday 6.00pm - 7.00pm.
£2 for Adults & £1 for Children.
