Merseyside Joint Training Partnership
The Merseyside Joint Training Partnership is organised by families, self advocates and agencies, which aims to provide the best possible person-centred training to individuals and organisations throughout the region.
Valuing people actively promotes the development of 'effective partnerships', creating even greater expectations that statutory agencies will come together with people with learning disabilities , families, voluntary groups and community groups to pool resources and find common ground to work towards better lives for people with disabilities.
The Merseyside Joint Training Partnership will act as a key facilitator of this process and co-ordinates the training and events that are developed. The end result is the availability of high quality, cost-effective training and development that will help to improve services, retain staff.
