New Directions provide day support for people who have a range of needs due to age including those with early stages of dementia. Activities include: chair based exercises, current affairs discussions and debate, quizzes, lunches, afternoon teas, and trips out:
At Brookdale we deliver a specialist day support service for Older People who have a diagnosis of advanced dementia. This service is provided in partnership with Merseycare NHS Trust.
