To offer friendship and support to women with MS and their partners and families, through monthly meetings and social activities. Programme includes Yoga and light exercise.

Coffee Club – Southport Second and last Monday in the month from 11am to 1pm Dobbies Garden Centre
Monthly Social - Bootle/Crosby Third Thursday of the month - Meet at 7pm to drink and chat The Grapes
Monthly Social – Formby Second Thursday of each month - 6pm to 9pm The Railway Pub
