We specialise in Traditional Hatha Yoga, incorporating Dynamic, Vinyasa and Yin calming styles.
Our classes are based upon the traditional techniques of Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama that was taught to Simon in Varkala, Kerala,South India.
Simon Rowe, recognised Senior Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance Professionals, also incorporates aspects of Chinese meridian stretching within the classes in Birkdale, Southport and West Derby, Liverpool classes to help heal the body, calm the mind and with weekly attendance:
