SLC Raglin

SLC Raglin is part of The SLC Group and, operating from its Liverpool office base, provides supported living, specialist community support and residential support services for people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health needs, autism and sensory needs - including people from within the deaf and blind communities.
 
•With our local staff team we work in partnership with Local Authorities and CCGs across Sefton to provide high quality care and housing-related support services.

•Our support ranges from 24 hour intensive support to outreach and floating support and community based packages. We support people to live independently in a variety of settings including apartment projects, single and shared tenancies, in their own home and in the community and have a variety of supported living and residential services across Sefton.

•We have particular expertise in supporting individuals with complex and challenging behaviour - frequently this involves a dual diagnosis. We have a track record of supporting individuals with; learning disabilities, behaviours which challenge services, epilepsy, autistic spectrum disorders, personality disorders, Prader-Willi Syndrome, Korsakoff’s, acquired brain injuries (ABI), Huntington’s Chorea and Fragile X.

•We work closely with individuals, families and commissioners to maximise opportunities with personalisation and individual budgets and to ensure that support is geared towards increasing skills, independence and community links and networks
