Maghull Rambling Club
Maghull Rambling Club, formed in 1976, is a friendly, informal organisation which aims to provide country walks for people who either wish to start a new pastime, or who are already experienced in hill and mountain walking.
As a walking club based near Liverpool we visit the hills and mountains throughout the North of England, including the Lake District and Yorkshire and arrange local walks.
Walks take place at least once a fortnight alternating between car trips and coach trips. Also various weekends away are arranged throughout the year.
Social activities - We meet at 7.30 pm on the first TUESDAY of each month at the Cheshire Lines Suite, 100 Sefton Lane, Maghull L31 8BT. Non-members interested in walking are welcome.
We would like to encourage more people (irrespective of age or experience) from Maghull and the surrounding area, to join our walking groups/become a member. We suggest that if you are interested you come with us on a couple of walks/outings before deciding to join the club.
