Poplars Resource Centre
Poplars Resource Centre is registered to provided accommodation and personal care for up to nine adults. The people living at the home have both physical and psychological support and care needs.
Situated in the heart of Southport Poplars consists of 2 bungalows that offer a short stay facility for people with learning disabilities.
In addition to the services Sefton New Direction offer at Poplars, we also have Day Services for People with Learning and Physical Disabilities at the following locations:
