Imagine Independence is an approved provider of supported living services across Merseyside and Lancashire. Our experienced support workers provide one to one support for adults with mental health needs in the home and/ or the community including maintaining tenancies and accessing training and employment opportunities.
Our dedicated staff team deliver high quality care to residents who need support within their own homes. Each individual home is connected to the care team so that they can respond quickly and appropriately at any given time. The services we offer include help with getting up and going to bed, assistance dressing and preparing meals.
Sefton IPS Employment Service
Our Sefton IPS Employment Support service is for anyone over 16 years old who is accessing support from the Community Mental Health, Early Intervention or Asperger’s Team in Sefton. Download our leaflet here
Our Peer Support Service welcomes people who wish to participate in groups run by and for service users. This service helps new members settle into groups and we appreciate ideas from service users about the formation of new groups. Examples of groups we currently run include: art workshops, photography, walking groups and coffee socials. Download our leaflet here
The Befriending Service sees individuals matched to a compatible volunteer to assist in engaging with the wider community. With the help of befrienders, individuals participate in a range of activities including; going to the cinema, theatre, football, library, shops and support with attending appointments. Working with Offenders
This is a Specialist Service for men and women ages 18-65 with offending histories who live in Wigan. Imagine works in partnership with Creative Support and Catch 22. We provide one-to-one short-term intervention, advice and guidance planned sessions and facilitate training sessions.
The Salford based Women’s service is a specialist service working with women who are experiencing complex mental health needs and who want to take back control of their lives.
Our highly-qualified staff work with women who are aged 18 and over and are from the North-West region. Access to the service is available to women referred under the Mental Health Act.
