Family Links delivers innovative, high quality training in the Nurturing Programme to health and social care services, third sector organisations, schools and universities. The Nurturing Programme is the approach that underpins all our work and is designed to provide adults and children with the understanding, skills and ability to lead emotionally healthy lives, build resilience, empathy, self-esteem and support positive relationships.
We have programmes suitable for parents of children from -9 months to 18+
- We train practitioners to work confidently, effectively and safely with parents and families. Since 1997 we’ve trained over 11,000 family practitioners who have rated the training 9.7 out of 10 in terms of effectiveness.
- Over 8,000 school staff are now part of the Nurturing Schools Network.
- We offer a comprehensive Implementation Support service
- We offer specialist programmes including parenting with Islamic Values, work with parents in prison and with parents of children with a disability or special needs
