Choices Day Care Activity Centre

Choices is based in Waterloo and offers day care services to individuals in and around the Sefton area who are living with early to mid-stages dementia. We also offer support to older people and those recovering from strokes or heart conditions, Parkinson's and various other illnesses who need support.

Our aim is to deliver person centred support and to maintain skills based on individual needs.

We have a Cinema used for interactive Wii games and films, a gymnasium offering personalised fitness and support sessions, a games room offering basketball, football table, pool, darts etc. We also provide support with arts and crafts, poetry, reminiscence, music and singing, baking and cookery, and much more.
