We provide free, expert, impartial, confidential advice to help people with their debt, benefit, employment, Council tax, housing, consumer and other problems.  We also use the information from the problems we help with, to make changes to what caused the problem in the first place.

We have Advice Centres in Bootle and Southport with a Reception Service open 9.30am – 4pm where we can assess your problem and provide you with an appointment with an adviser, unless urgent this is likely to be another day. The office is also open for pre booked appointments
