Bootle and Southport One Stop Shops

Most of our services can be accessed online at www.sefton.gov.uk . However, if you would prefer to make an enquiry face to face you can visit Bootle or Southport One Stop Shops were we can assist you with your enquiry in a face to face environment.

Both One Stop Shops provide an appointment service only. Bootle One Stop Shop is open Monday to Friday between 9.00 am and 5.00pm and the Southport office based at the Atkinson is open 10.00 am to 5.00 pm. Please note Monday and Friday are our busiest days.

Our One Stop Shops can assist you with the following Council services:

• Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction.
• Revenues and Recovery.
• Taxi Licensing.
• Business Rates.
• Blue Badge.
• Parking Services.
• Cleansing ie bin enquires, recycling, bulky item collections etc.
• Environmental Services ie Public Health
• Highways ie broken street lights, street sweeping enquires etc.
• Emergency Limited Assistance (ELAS).
• Electoral services.

• Bootle and Southport One Stop Shops also offer:

• Private meeting rooms to speak to us in confidence

• Hearing loops.

• Wheelchair access.

• Language translation services.

At our One Stop Shops we will:
