Sefton Carers Centre provides free advice and guidance, emotional and practical support, training and a range of holistic therapies for unpaid carers living in Sefton.
A carer is someone of any age who provides unpaid support to family or friends who could not manage without this help. This could be caring for a relative, partner or friend who is ill, frail, disabled or has mental health or substance misuse problems.

Open Monday to Friday, between 10am and 3pm, the number for the helpline is 0151 288 6086. There is an option for an evening call back for carers who are busy during the day. Carers can also email: email@example.com.
