Our home care service supports children and young people in their homes, providing attentive day-to-day care, encouraging independence and establishing daily routines.

Flexible help when you need it and for however long you need it

Our help can be 24-hour live-in, on a respite basis, or as regular visits throughout the day. We are as flexible as you and your situation requires us to be.

We can help with all kinds of situations

Our expertly trained carers are experienced in helping your child or young person and other members of your family cope with all kinds of situations.

We can:

  • Assist you and the rest of your family in establishing daily routines
  • Keep your family regularly informed about your child's progress
  • Provide attentive day-to-day support covering personal care and meal preparation
  • Encourage your child or young person to enjoy hobbies and activities in the home
  • Support your child or young person’s feeding regimes
  • Support your child or young person's schooling and help with advice on behavioural issues
  • Support your child or young person with socialising through sport and cultural activities
  • Encourage your child or young person to be independent
  • Work with your child or young person’s school and other bodies to meet objectives
  • Support your child or young person through the transition into adulthood
  • Communicate with specialists, case workers and wider family members

Dementia care at home

Our highly personalised managed service helps people to live well at home. We provide flexible support that is adapted to suit you or your loved one’s changing needs, be that 24-hour live-in care, day care at home, or a short-term respite service.

Our carers can assist as little or as much as you need. Tasks they can help with include:

  • Simple household chores
  • Personal care, including dressing, showering/washing and help with going to the toilet
  • Nursing care, such as continence support or catheter changing
  • Social activities, help with memory impairment, and general companionship, including emotional and practical support
  • Shopping, cooking and meal planning
  • Housekeeping, including cleaning, washing and drying clothes
  • Administering medication
  • Supporting recovery or convalescence following hospital discharge
  • Arranging appointments with healthcare professionals
  • Mobility support, e.g. helping your loved one move around the house
  • Feeding and looking after pets
