Healthwatch Sefton is here to help people get the best out of their health and social care services. We listen to what people think of these services and take note of their feedback so providers and commissioners can also hear local voices. By doing this we can influence the design and delivery of services.

SIGNPOSTING SERVICE: Our signposting and information service is here to help you get the best out of your local health and social care services. We are independent and can signpost you to a wide variety of services.

You may have questions like:

How do I find an NHS dentist taking on in my area?
Are there any support groups for people in my situation local to me?
Where can I find an advocate to support me?
How can I find a good care home?
Can I get help to pay for care at home?
Can I get help or adaptations to allow me to live safely at home for longer?
Where do I start to find the help I need?

INDEPENDANT COMPLAINTS ADVOCACY: We have a free and independent service for patients who want to make a complaint about any part of their NHS treatment or care. There is also have a self-help information pack to support you making a complaint if don’t need the help of our independent advocate.

YOUR EXPERIENCES: Share your feedback of using health and care services with us - whether it is positive or negative - as this helps to shape the services of the future.

We do not offer a drop in service at Burlington House.
