Children and Families

Every child is special with their own specific needs so before our service starts we will spend time with you to put together a package of care that is designed around you and your child.

We shall discuss with you their particular needs and how you prefer these to be met.  Find out about their likes and dislikes, the things which are important to them and how they communicate.

Our Care Team have experience in providing support for children with a spectrum of disorders including complex health needs, physical disabilities and sensory impairment.

Personalised Children’s Care package

All our care staff are carefully selected and rigorously vetted to ensure your child’s safety and well-being, we will always endeavour to provide you with the same regular carers who you know and trust to provide the continuity of care your child needs.

We can assist with:

• Help with personal care, meals and feeding.
• Getting ready for school or college in the mornings
• Assisting with personal care
• Getting ready for bed
• Shopping trips, social or cultural events, leisure activities, Supporting the family to establish daily routines

Care for the Elderly

We support many couples living together in their own homes.

From some extra help around the house through to higher level care needs,  we can build a tailored Care Plan around you and your family.

All levels of care from simple to complex can be accommodated for and a personal plan designed around the care that you want. We work with you for you

Palliative Care

Our aim at Care Connect is to improve the quality of life for both the patient and their family. That’s why our support focuses on providing relief from the symptoms and the pain and stresses associated with a serious illness.

Palliative care at home includes all the same services that we offer with Visiting care such as assistance with bathing, dressing and continence care which may include managing a stoma or catheter.  Medication support may include prompts or administering the medication with pain management support.  Help in moving around the home whether it is gentle support or hoisted transfers.
