Vaccinations and immunisations

National Immunisation Schedule for Children with complex and additional needs vaccinations are normally accessed via your family GP surgery.  Merseycare NHS Foundation Trust Immunisation Team also deliver school age vaccinations in schools. General advice and information can be obtained from your health visitor or school nurse.

1. What vaccinations can I access free with the NHS?

Please click Vaccination Timetable to see a checklist of the vaccines that are routinely offered to everyone in the UK for free on the NHS, and the ages at which they should ideally be given.

2. What if my child has complex / additional needs?

Children with complex or additional needs who require flu vaccination can access them from your GP, with a planned school session offered to support those families and provide them with further information.
